Please inspect all packages and freight upon arrival and contact us if there is any damage immediately. You will be asked to provide pictures. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at [email protected] to discuss a return.

Terms and Conditions

1. All in stock parts come with our Standard 90 day warranty.
2. A sales invoice or RMA# must accompany all returns.
3. No refund on parts or cores returned after 31 days.
4. Returns must be in the same condition as purchased and bare our company markings.
5. A 25% restocking fee applied to all returns, unless defective, which will be replaced only.
6. No returns on electrical parts or body cuts.
7. Core returns must be drained of all fluids, fully assembled as sold and in rebuildable condition, or no refund will be issued. 
8. Regardless of the reason for return the customer is responsible for all freight charges.
9. All Credit Card transactions will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE 3% processing fee.

**All credit card refunds will be processed on the original card used. Please allow 30 days for return processing.
